Desired Qualifications:Experience deploying a unified communication platform, with Cisco preferred. Microsoft Teams or SLACK project experience also useful.Demonstrates strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.Proven ability to deliver large cross-functional initiatives on time, within budget, and exceed user expectations.Solid knowledge of program and project management principles and practices. PMI Certification a plus.Experience delivering technical projects.Experience transitioning enterprise, global services from engineering to operations.5 years of experience with Program/Project Management or equivalent experience managing a technical team.3 years of experience working with IT technologies.Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or related field, or equivalent.
