Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote language courses, other soft skills training, and teacher training courses to increase enrollment.Implement digital marketing initiatives with a main focus on lead generation, including social media, email campaigns, SEO, and content marketing, targeting diverse language learner segments.Plan and execute online and offline marketing activities, such as events, workshops, and partnerships, to enhance brand visibility.Analyze marketing data and key performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies.Build and maintain relationships with local communities, organizations, and educational institutions to expand our network.Research target market, current market conditions, competitor analysis, and industry trends, also research marketing requirements for new and existing products.Collaborate and support the Learning and Development team in developing new products and courses in line with the new business demand.Track conversion rates and make improvements (including usability & design) to the website, provide accurate and timely preparation of statistics and feedback.Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Digital Marketing and lead generation expertise.Experience managing PPC, SEO, and Affiliate programs.Experience in E-commerce, Email marketing, and social media.Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.Working knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, AdWords, social media management tools, CRM software, and email marketing software.Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing.IT skills: Graphic designing tools / Adobe Creative Suite for creating and overseeing the creation of marketing collateral.Working knowledge in E-commerce platforms for online product promotions and sales.Project management skills, budget planning, and monitoring skills.Minimum 3 years of experience in a PR, Marketing, and Digital Marketing role.
