Elmet Tech is a fast-growing US based tungsten and molybdenum critical materials producer supporting applications in the defense, medical and industrial fields.
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The Sales & Marketing Analyst is a brand-new position being created due to our continued growth. The position will work closely with our executive team and sister companies to implement our sales & marketing strategy. Job responsibilities include:Support sales team with creation of PPT decks and slides to support selling stories and sales strategy. Brings an eye for creating new and compelling visuals to help summarize highly technical capabilities.Organizing, creating and maintaining product data sheets.Leading the project to organize and create a folder system for all the companies marketing assets (following Elmet’s large 2023 acquisition of H.C.Starck).Help with planning, organizing and potentially attending trade shows around the world.Help creating and updating new and existing Wordpress websites and website content. Able to create new pages, update images, etc.Business analytics - clean and organize excel raw data and look for market segment, pricing and costing trends to support monthly marketing review meetings.Deliver key inputs to annual planning and periodic re-planning on the business to include involvement with annual business review, brand plans, and longer-term vision and strategy.Other ad hoc responsibilities as needed.EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's Degree and 1-3+ years’ experience in a marketing, communications, public relations, sales or strategy role.Demonstrated ability to coordinate, lead and contribute to projects that had strategic market facing deliverables (brochures, websites, PPT’s, etc.).Advanced Excel is essential (experience with Pivot Tables, SumIfs, Vlookups, If statements, linking multiple files, etc.).Advanced PowerPoint knowledge is required (experience with template creation, background design, designing advanced graphics, font selection and writing content to support the presentation’s intended goals).Experience with Wordpress a strong plus.Position is onsite in Lewiston, Maine.JOB TYPE:
