We love snappy creative, taking risks, and working on causes we care about -- you in?We are seeking an exceptional Digital Advertising Strategist for the 2024 political cycle. This role, contracted through November 8th, 2024 with the possibility of extension, involves writing, implementing, and optimizing digital ad campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Google, and various programmatic networks. The ideal candidate will manage and track budgets for fundraising, acquisition, and voter contact advertising campaigns, and work with digital vendors to keep us on the cutting edge of the digital landscape. Additionally, the strategist will analyze performance, deliver strategic recommendations, write ad copy, and collaborate with designers to execute bold creative.Key Responsibilities:

Write, implement and optimize digital ad campaigns.Manage and track budgets for fundraising, acquisition, and voter contact advertising campaigns.Work with digital vendors to keep us on the cutting edge of the digital landscape.Analyze performance and deliver strategic recommendations.Write ad copy and work with designers to execute bold creative.Communicate directly with clients on campaign progress.Minimum Requirements:

Experience using advertising platforms like Facebook, Snapchat, Adwords, etc.Familiarity with programmatic media buying tools (DSPs, Ad Exchanges, Campaign Manager, etc.)Experience working in political CRMs (NGP, Action Kit, Nation Builder, etc.)Familiarity with digital fundraising AND voter contact best practices.Keen attention for detail AND creatively minded.Strong reputation for being a results-driven team player with a desire to exceed expectations.Ability to quickly learn new technologies, tools, and processes, and adapt to changing environments.Diligent, proactive, organized, and highly motivated with strong analytical skills.Flexibility to occasionally work weekends and evenings, especially as we gear up for peak election times and experience high volumes with our clients.*This is a contracted position for the 2024 political cycle, ending on November 8th, 2024, with the option for extension based on performance and campaign needs. The position is eligible for inclusion in our bargaining unit and is salaried with competitive benefits and paid time off.*

The negotiated salary band for this position is $54-$63k annually.
