Director of Sales and Marketing

role. This position leads the sales and marketing efforts for the Resort, driving business and maintaining the Resort's reputation in the market.Responsibilities

Lead the Sales team by focusing sales efforts, creating revenue goals, and qualifying business.Work with Revenue Management to maximize revenues by seeking ideal mix of group and transient business based on season and needs.Assist with reinvention of the Resort's online presence.Solicit new business to the resort and maintain current clients.Lead catering sales efforts with Wedding Specialist to maximize destination wedding opportunities.Requirements

Previous Resort/Hotel experience is required.Previous Sales experience is required.Previous Sales leadership experience is preferred.
