Content Creator

DMV area.

If you are looking for an opportunity in any of those locations, we encourage you to apply.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:The Content Creator is responsible for supporting more senior Content Creators, Systems and Software Engineers, and SMEs in the development of training content. They contribute to the creation of various forms of instructional materials, including documents, audio recordings, videos, interactive training systems, learning management system modules, AR/VR environments, and other emerging technologies. The Content Creator II assists in gathering instructional requirements, collecting data, and implementing effective solutions. They collaborate with Graphic Designers and A/V Specialists to produce media that aligns with instructional goals and objectives. The Content Creator supports synchronous, asynchronous, and self-service teaching and learning experiences. They follow the guidance and direction of more senior personnel in their role.Basic Qualifications:High School and 4 years of additional experience or Associate's Degree and 2 years of additional experience may be exchanged in lieu of a required Bachelor's degree.A candidate holding a relevant Master’s degree may be granted 2 years’ experience credit for that extra education. A candidate holding a relevant PhD degree may be granted 4 years’ experience credit for that extra education.Preferred Qualifications:Experience developing instructional materials for DoD or IC.Clearance Requirements:Must be a US Citizen.Must have an active Top Secret clearance.Physical Requirements:The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.Projected Compensation:The projected compensation range for this position is $80,900-$134,800. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
