This position will be located in San Antonio office.For seven decades, O’Connell Robertson has built a powerful legacy of design excellence. We are driven by our enduring commitment to investing in and serving our people, community, and clients through developing strong, capable teams.Responsibilities:

Plan, direct and execute the interior design vision for a project.Adhere to firm design process, consultant coordination, team collaboration, client engagement, presentation and construction documents of various scale projects.Support a project’s continued development of design concepts through all phases of design.Interpret, organize, execute and coordinate the development of individual or multiple projects.Have effective verbal, graphic, and written communication supporting long-term relationships.Must be quality minded and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple priorities against strict deadlines.Experience and proficiency with Education / Healthcare facilities, sustainability standards, and Office Suite preferred.Qualifications:

7-10 years’ experience with strong technical design knowledge.Bachelor’s degree at accredited Interior Design University, licensed candidates preferred.Ability to manage multiple fast paced projects with an organized approach.Knowledge of furnishing, materials, and products relevant to market segment.Knowledge of specifications, furniture procurement, construction methods, codes, and zoning.Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks with little oversight.Advanced skills and proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office, Newforma Project Center and MS Office 365.Ability to work in a highly visible, collaborative, team-oriented environment.Willingness to collaborate across multiple offices and travel to project sites as required.Why Us?
