Recommend and manage marketing tactics and campaigns (and respective vendors) to drive lead generationMarket individual properties daily and weekly as neededMake site visits to take pictures, go to Facebook Live, interact with clients, and solicit videos for customer testimonialsSupport the sales team with sales enablement toolsSpearhead the development and maintenance of marketing collateralUphold the brand image across the team and externally across all mediumsManage various marketing vendors including ad agencies, webmasters, photographers, etc.Regularly update social media and respond to followersCreate monthly breakdowns of our analytics on web and social, recommend improvements, and identify growth opportunitiesWrite social media content, web content, blogs, and other copy that contributes to our overall marketing strategy and goalsPlay a key role on the marketing team in advising on and contributing to digital, advertising, and marketing strategiesOversee website, mailing lists, analytics, and SEO to ensure content is regularly updated with the most recent informationQualifications

Must be local to Nashua, NH with a car and the ability to travelMust possess excellent project management skills, communication skills, and a strong work ethicBachelor’s degree in Marketing or related majorsCandidate should have their finger on the pulse of the current marketing landscapeFamiliarity with web platforms, email systems, social media, public relations, and brand identity2+ years of experience in Marketing or related fieldCompensation
