Our Marketing Team is looking to hire a new Marketing Assistant to our team in Arlington, TX! This role is responsible for helping the marketing department with clerical duties.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Accompany the marketers to marketing events to help promote our offices and help set up and break down.Produce marketing media kits.Make goodies/swag bags or boxes with proper marketing material. Will have to monitor supply count and order goodies for the boxes/bags (i.e. snacks, popcorn, etc.).Keep track of marketing inventory.Update all necessary information in the databases given from the marketers and make sure all information is consistent across all platforms (Camino, master maps, master contact lists, Sales Force, etc.) with any changes to address/name/number.Organize business cards and help keep track of the ones that need to be followed up with.Send follow-up emails after initial meetings with accounts (Generic email will be provided).KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:Must be enthusiastic and adaptable.Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite and/or other electronic formats, e.g., Microsoft Works, Google Spreadsheets, Emailing Systems.Independent thinking & detail-oriented with the ability to track daily interactions with all business relationships.Ability to work independently without supervision.Ability to present oneself and the company in a professional manner.Ability to coordinate, analyze, observe, make decisions, and meet deadlines in a detail-oriented manner.Ability to speak, read, write, and communicate effectively and professionally.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:High School Diploma or equivalency.Minimum of 1 year's experience in marketing.Current Texas driver's license with an acceptable driving record according to company policy.BENEFITS OFFERED:3 Medical Plans.2 Dental Plans.1 Vision Plan.Employee Assistance Program.Short and Long-Term Disability Insurance.Basic and Voluntary Life with AD&D Plan.401(k) with a 2-year vesting.PTO + Holidays.Please visit our website for more information:
