Connect people and communities by offering best-in-class telecommunication services.Major Duties And ResponsibilitiesActively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.Be tenacious and driven, excelling in environments where your reward is based on your effort - uncapped potential.Conduct proactive consultative needs analysis with new prospective customers.Develop and present sales presentations/proposals on products and services that meet customers’ needs.Accurately complete all necessary paperwork to support sales activities in a manner consistent with quality control guidelines, including but not limited to the following: dispositioning, entering sales orders, and reporting on sales.Support team and team goals by actively participating in all sales meetings and training programs as assigned.Achieve monthly sales quotas in high-speed data, mobile, landline phone, and video sales.Complete all administrative tasks related to products sold in accordance with department practices, policies, and procedures.Stay well-informed about competitors' activities in assigned territory; inform manager of any changing competitive pricing programs, marketing directives, or door-to-door sales tactics.Attend and successfully complete training programs.Perform other duties as requested by supervisor.Qualifications

Some high-technology and telecommunications industry experience.Some proficiency with voice data and ISP telecommunications.Excellent grasp of business case and financial analysis, sales management, and time management.Exceptional skills in maintaining daily on-site customer appointments.High interpersonal and account management abilities.Superior negotiating and closing abilities.Additional Information
