Please Note: This is a Utah-based hybrid position which will require some regular in-office days each week.Essential Job DutiesAre you a dynamic and skilled marketing professional who is passionate about impacting the customer experience? As a Customer Marketing Manager, you’ll develop key strategies and initiatives that will directly influence our customer retention and engagement efforts. You’ll be directly responsible for overseeing our community, building customer programs, and developing customer relationships. Your contributions will be pivotal in helping us foster experiences for our customers that will promote longevity, create raving fans, and support our marketing efforts.You will:Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies focused on community building among HR professionals, including customers.Oversee and expand the online community platform, ensuring it serves as a vibrant hub for customer and prospect interaction and engagement.Drive participation and monitor the health metrics of our community to ensure active engagement and satisfaction.Work closely with our events team to plan, organize, and execute customer events and meetups that foster stronger community ties and enhance customer loyalty.Facilitate and grow the customer advisory board, organizing regular meetings and interactions that allow for valuable customer input and foster a sense of inclusion and importance among our customers.Manage and promote customer participation in beta and early access programs to gather feedback and drive improvements in new products or features.Act as a customer champion within the organization, ensuring customer stories and feedback are shared across teams to inform product development and marketing strategies.Establish and maintain effective channels for customer feedback, translating insights into actionable strategies that drive product improvements and customer satisfaction.What You Need to Get the Job DoneA Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, with a focus on customer retention or community management.Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, under tight deadlines.Strong verbal and written communication skills when interacting with customers, organizing events, and advocating for customer needs across the company.Experience with CRM tools and data analysis to track engagement and evaluate the effectiveness of retention strategies.Demonstrated ability to lead projects and initiatives that improve customer engagement and retention.
