NorthShore Care Supply, a fast-growing D2C medical supply company, is looking to add a new member to our marketing team. We’re looking for a seasoned product marketer with a passion for storytelling.

The Marketing Manager at NorthShore will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and hands-on experience in content creation and campaign management.

This role will support the Vice President of Marketing in managing the workflow of the marketing team, including assigning projects, setting priorities, and ensuring deadlines are met. You will work with graphic designers, social media specialists, and digital marketing specialists to conceptualize and complete marketing campaigns.

This role will own the content marketing responsibilities for the marketing department. A writing portfolio will be required as part of the application process.

Responsibilities Include:

Team Leadership:

Provide guidance and support to foster a collaborative and creative work environment, offering constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement as needed.

Campaign Management:

Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.

Product Positioning:

Craft compelling value propositions and messaging that differentiate our products in the market.

Project Management:

Utilize Monday.com to oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.

Content Marketing:

Write clear, compelling, and engaging copy for various marketing materials, including website content, blog posts, product descriptions, advertisements, and more, ensuring all content is aligned with SEO best practices.

Brand Voice:

Maintain the company's brand voice and ensure consistency across all content and communication channels.

PR and Communications:

Manage all PR activities, including writing and distributing press releases, coordinating media outreach, and building relationships with journalists and publications.

Budget Management:

Track and report on monthly marketing spend across all channels.

Marketing Strategy:

Generate ideas and suggest new initiatives or enhancements to enhance brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and grow sales.

Quality Assurance:

Review marketing materials ensuring the consistency and integrity of the company's brand identity.

Market Research:

Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics. Use data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies.

Collaboration:

Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, e-commerce, sales, product development, and other departments to align project requirements.

Marketing Support:

Undertake individual tasks to support marketing plans and company initiatives and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and provide constructive feedback.

Outstanding written communication, copywriting, and proofreading skills. Must be a storyteller.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.

Bonus Points:

Previous experience in an eCommerce company.

Note:

This role is hybrid and will require you to work on-site in Green Oaks, IL a minimum of 3 days per week. Role may include some limited travel 2-3 times per year for events.
