PR SpecialistLocation: Onsite – Sandy Springs, GASerenity Healthcare provides innovative and effective treatments for mental health conditions. As we continue to expand rapidly, we are looking for a passionate and dynamic PR Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in driving our media outreach efforts across our nine current markets and supporting our expansion into new markets.Key Responsibilities:Media Outreach: Develop and maintain relationships with key media contacts in both television and print publications. Conduct outreach to secure media coverage in all Serenity markets.Strategic Communications: Craft compelling articles, press releases, and other content to promote Serenity's services and initiatives. Develop and implement strategic communications plans that align with our marketing objectives.Market Expansion: Support PR efforts during the launch of new markets. This includes developing tailored media strategies, creating market-specific content, and coordinating with local media outlets.Content Creation: Write and edit press releases, articles, and other media materials that highlight Serenity's unique offerings and success stories.Media Monitoring: Track and analyze media coverage. Provide regular reports on PR activities and outcomes.Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across all channels. Coordinate with other departments to gather relevant information for media stories.Your Background:Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a PR agency, with a proven track record of successful media placements and strategic communications.Skills: Excellent writing and editing skills. Strong understanding of media relations and the ability to craft compelling narratives.Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies that drive awareness and engagement.Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with media contacts.Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
