Marketing Communications (Marketing & Communications)Execute and monitor marketing activities and initiativesLiaising with internal and external parties on all marketing programs, monitor progress and periodical reportingJob FunctionAssist on preparation and monitoring marketing timeline for future and on-going marketing activities plan for the year.Assist on compile project information including preparation of marketing brief for advertising agencies to ensure marketing campaign and/or marketing collaterals are completed timely and effectively.Application and renewal of APDL and ensure all statutory compliance to the requirements of Ministry of Housing and/or other statutory bodies.Ensure timely submission of Borang 7(f) for all on-going projects.Monitor and maintain proper filing of documents on the utilization of approved A&P budget to ensure prudent spending towards achievements of KPIs.Liaise with appointed agencies as and when required for the benefit of sales, company and product branding.Plan, undertake and monitor property roadshows and events including liaising with external parties as well as preparation of pre and post-event report.Monitor the development of marketing collaterals by checking content, artworks and copywriting.Conduct market survey on demand-supply trends, projects and/or product competitiveness, demographic etc. for product development as well as part of developing pricing strategies and promotional packages for existing and upcoming developments.To prepare Marketing monthly progress report for HOD, EXCO and Board Meeting.Responsible for all administrative tasks such as preparation of memo, payment requisitions, taking of meeting minutes, meeting coordination, document filing, etc.To involve in property exhibitions and roadshows as well as regular duty in Sales Gallery, both during weekdays and weekends as and when required.To undertake ad-hoc assignments or duties assigned by superior and/or management as and when required.The Successful ApplicantThe candidate must possess the requirements below:At least 5 years of working experience in Property Development or Real Estate background would be an added advantage.Good spoken and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia language.Good convincing skill and social selling.Friendly and confident personality with a smart appearance.Able to work independently and a team player.Excellent communication, presentation and people management skills including being non-confrontational when dealing with irate internal or external customers.Commercial Awareness — Consistently in touch with current market development including competitors' information and aware of the target market well and have the ability to create campaigns that grab the attention of customers and solves problems.Top quality analytical skills in gathering and analyzing data.Exceptional organization and time-management skills, result oriented and ability to balance conflicting demands and priorities multiple tasks to meet strict deadlines.Computer skills such as working knowledge of how to use Outlook, Word, Power Point and Excel.Work location is at Kota Damansara.
