We are looking for an experienced UX designer. This role will involve working within a user experience team to create designs for a variety of platforms including mobile, desktop, and web. Job duties include user research, requirements gathering, workflow creation, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing. In addition to working within a design team, this person will also act as a design member of one or more development teams, and therefore must be proficient at documenting and communicating design decisions. This person must be self-motivated and a team player, possessing good interpersonal and communication skills.Detailed Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interaction Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related experienceAt least three years of working experience in interaction designExperience with development in the full software lifecycleExperience working within an Agile environmentStrong ability to solve problems collaborativelyTechnical leadership capabilitiesProficiency with a wireframing tool such as Balsamiq, Axure, Sketch, or Adobe Illustrator is desirableProficiency with a prototyping tool such as Adobe XD, JustInMind, or InVision is desirableExperience with GitHub, Subversion or like library system is desirableExperience in an embedded environment is a plusPortfolio of design projects is a plusAdditional Information
