At Live Nation Entertainment, our people embrace these qualities, so if this sounds like you then please read on!THE JOBThe Coordinator of House of Blues / Brooklyn Bowl Experience Marketing will work closely with the Director & Manager of Experience Marketing in driving end to end national marketing strategies for 10 House of Blues & 3 Brooklyn Bowl venues around the country focusing on all experience related lines of business including restaurant, Foundation Room, & Bowling. The Experience Marketing team leverages data and partners with Venue Nation partners across Operations, Fan and Artist Hospitality, to support national experience initiatives to drive our business forward while showcasing and celebrating the heart and soul that makes both businesses so unique. This role will be pivotal in organizing and distributing assets and information to teams in multiple locations, making strong attention to detail a huge plus.As part of a heavily matrixed organization, this role will also be responsible for ensuring the mission statements and values for each business drive best practices, business objectives and priorities that can be clearly communicated and implemented by a team of marketers working across different organizations around the country.WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DOAssist with the rollout of strategic roadmaps & integrated marketing plans for our House of Blues and Brooklyn Bowl lines of business.Communicate with teams across Brand, Operations, Restaurant, Special Events & more to support marketing & communication strategies for the business.Assist in the creation of shared documents and other assets to help ensure there is alignment across internal partners as well as external agencies.Assist in managing projects with set expectations & deliverables from internal & external partners.Perform a range of administrative and marketing support duties for the House of Blues / Brooklyn Bowl Experience Marketing team.Assist with asset creation and deliverables across multiple teams.Assist in the collection of tracking and reporting for pacing and ROI.WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in the entertainment or hospitality industry.A creative storyteller and strategic thinker who can bring our venues to life.Knowledge and passion for hospitality + live music is a plus.Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).Familiarity with graphic design programs or online tools like Canva is a plus.Ability to establish effective inter-departmental relationships across a heavily matrixed organization to ensure everyone aligns and achieves results.Strong presentation / deck building skills to help socialize concepts, campaigns and plans.Highly organized, with ability to balance multiple priorities and timelines at once.BENEFITS & PERKS -
