The Scaffold Designer will work with the regional Technical Manager to provide detailed 2D and 3D layout designs of temporary works, such as access scaffolds & shoring.Qualifications
10+ years’ experience within construction/ engineering industry. Candidates with the relevant temporary works (scaffolding) experience will be considered as being at an advantage.Associate degree in Engineering Technology, Drafting & Design or equivalent combination of experience and education.Comprehensive working knowledge of AutoCAD 2D & 3D environments. Some knowledge of Navisworks, Revit & Tekla will be considered as an advantage.Experience with laser scanning and point clouds would be advantageous.Ability to read and interpret structural/civil/ architectural drawings and models.Basic knowledge of engineering principles.Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work with the technical team to meet tight deadlines.Excellent communication/ interpersonal skills.Additional Information
