Full-time with benefits. AlphaGraphics-Madison seeks a highly experienced graphic designer to join our growing team. Candidates must have full-time graphic design work history. Strong creative skills combined with technical proficiency are required for a fast-paced work environment. The ability to multi-task and handle shifting priorities in a print production environment is critical. Candidates must have a willingness to pitch in in all departments if necessary. Competitive pay with full health and dental benefits.Responsibilities include:Produce quality production and creative design work in a fast-paced environment.Receive customer supplied files, pre-flight and Rip to production equipment.Work with the Graphic Design Supervisor, Production Manager, and Sales Team on creative projects from concept to production.Remain up-to-date on changes in the graphic design industry and software.Interpret customer requests.Actively communicate with customers, management, and co-workers.Understanding of Large Format Design and execution a must: setting up files for cut vinyl, analyzing files for large signage.Qualifications:In-depth understanding and proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Positive upbeat attitude.Ability to coordinate multiple schedules.Working knowledge of Mac and Windows.Full proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite required.Large format printing and design experience.Full-time experience as a Graphic Designer - Print industry preferred.College degree in Graphic Design.This is an in-person position.
