The position analyzes the system functionality and works with the Training Lead, Training Scripts Writer, Applications Lead, and subject matter experts to design training and develop course materials. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining Adobe FrameMaker templates and scripts, revising training materials for adult learners, conducting training task analysis, gathering and incorporating course content, applying instructional design theory, and utilizing instructional technology tools such as Learning Gateway to enhance learning while ensuring that design and delivery are consistent with identified learning goals/objectives. Training content may include developing templates, graphics, and audio/visual materials for use in online training, interactive web-based formats, facilitator guides, PowerPoint presentations, participant guides, tests, job aids, and other classroom materials.Qualifications
REQUIRED SKILLS
Experience in curriculum design and developing training materials for adult learners.Experience with eLearning technology and in developing instructor-led and online training courses.Experience creating tests, surveys, and lessons learned reports based on course objectives.Experience with learning software including Adobe FrameMaker, Adobe Captivate, PhotoShop, Adobe Breeze, Dreamweaver, SnagIt, and Visio.Experience with computer-based training instructional design.Highly preferred experience with Learning Management System (LMS) technology such as Learning Gateway.Additional Information
