Location: ONSITE in Boise, Idaho. Responsible for the creative execution of concepts and designs for retail circular pages, direct mail, and/or collateral material. This position will create concepts, design and execute retail and direct mail pieces whose messages are visually compelling; execute the creative strategy, and ensure that projects are completed on established schedule targets.Responsibilities:Define work based on evaluation of short-term and long-term goals of the department.Independently evaluate processes, identify areas of improvement, and incorporate them into overall work objectives.Develop creative and graphic concepts (for web and print) in collaboration with the assigned team.Follow projects throughout all stages of print production and/or online deployment.Provide production support to produce technically correct, print-ready mechanicals for release.Interact regularly with creative leadership, creative partners, and other team members as needed for completion of assigned projects.Interpret marketing ideas and turn them into visual reality at a world-class level.Receive feedback from management and use that feedback to grow skills; solve business challenges through marketing and smart creative design.Take ownership of projects, and successfully execute through all stages of creative development on target, on time, and on budget.Maintain and enhance the client's identity by working creatively within the corporate Brand.Understand the client's design needs and methodology.Communicate effectively with peers, senior management, and clients across all topics from business to creative.Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in discipline related to function of work with 5+ years of relevant work experience.Possess a strong developing portfolio of imaginative work.Well-versed on Macintosh platform (OSX) and industry-standard applications: Adobe CC, with MS Office and HTML a plus.Organizational skills, adaptability, and composure under fire are equally important.Excellent interpersonal skills and the proven ability to build and maintain strong and effective client and internal relationships.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with the ability to listen for understanding to execute the work according to the customers' needs.Strong project management skills, organizational skills, and time-management skills.Able to communicate clearly and courteously with those who need to know about decisions/actions/problems.Must be able to modify communication style both formal and informal to match the appropriate level of the audience targeted.
