The Marketing department enables sales by answering, “Why Dimensional?” They partner with sales groups, investment teams, and executive leadership within Dimensional to extract, package, and spread Dimensional’s message and philosophy. Marketing teams work to best reflect Dimensional’s unique offer to clients and advance its position in the marketplace.The Senior Associate will be a member of the Marketing Analytics team and is responsible for working with technology teams to align our marketing data ecosystem with key business goals. The role will participate in each part of our marketing data lifecycle: ensuring clean data capture, building data pipelines, providing data transformations, and extracting insights. The role will act as liaison between key marketing stakeholders and technology to align our data architecture and analysis with firm and marketing priorities.The candidate must have the ability to work efficiently with large groups of stakeholders, gaining consensus and managing timelines in a fast-paced environment, and to use sound judgment with an eye to the broader marketing data and reporting needs for the business.Responsibilities:Work with marketing colleagues, business analysts, and technology to translate firm and marketing objectives into data requirements, analysis, and insights.Collaborate with marketing teams to identify opportunities to introduce and onboard new data sources.Provide performance reporting on marketing campaigns. Where possible, equipping reports with industry and internal benchmarks.Help guide marketing strategy through data-driven perspectives and insights.Serve as a subject matter expert in our marketing analytics toolkit, including FiveTran, Snowflake, and Power BI.Assist the technology team with ETL/ELT pipeline management of new and existing data sources.Ensure all data reporting is accurate and consistent.Help design and execute on A/B tests with marketing platform owners.Partner with technology to create and maintain a robust and well-groomed data catalog.Analyze requests and understand total asks before engaging the appropriate department resources. Ensure proper prioritization, meet all established deadlines, and proactively resolve issues that may impact delivery of data.Display exceptional customer service skills and helps foster an environment of teamwork.Understand the duties and strengths of fellow teammates. You are constantly growing your own knowledge and helping to grow the knowledge of others.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in a statistical field (computer science, statistics, physics, econ, business analytics, etc.)Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing and data analytics, preferably in a B2B organization.3+ years of experience manipulating, transforming, and analyzing data with SQL.Excellent understanding and implementation of marketing analytics concepts like media mix modeling, funnel optimization, attribution models, user segmentation/cohorts, etc.Prior experience designing A/B tests, conducting power analysis, and performing hypothesis testing.Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to tie marketing KPIs and analysis directly to business outcomes.Familiarity with visualization and analytics tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau, etc.).Experience working with various marketing platforms like Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Twitter Ads, etc.Working knowledge of databases, data modeling, star schemas and database management is a plus.Strong prioritization and organizational skills, including the ability to maintain several concurrent projects while providing realistic delivery dates and managing stakeholder expectations.Flexibility, adaptability, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload.Must be process-driven, but flexible.Demonstrated ability to take initiative.Background in the financial services industry preferred.Ability to work with details and ensure accuracy, while maintaining a big picture focus.Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
