Digital Content ProducerJob Summary:The Digital Content Producer is responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing digital content across various platforms to engage our audience and drive brand awareness. This role requires a creative and analytical mindset to produce compelling content that aligns with the company’s marketing strategy and goals. In this role, you would create messaging, marketing materials, and various forms of digital online copy that can be used to promote our products and expertise while increasing brand awareness.Essential Functions:Develop and produce high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content for websites, social media, email campaigns, and other digital channels.Develop content that effectively targets a primary persona and relates back to the buying journey, delivering a clear problem/solution statement in the eyes of the end-user.Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and other creatives to produce engaging visual content.Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in style, quality, and tone of voice.Maintain and update the content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent delivery of content.Implement SEO best practices to improve content visibility and search engine rankings.Optimize content for social media platforms to increase visibility and reach.Analyze content performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights to refine and optimize content strategies.Prepare reports on content metrics and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.Take direction from the Marketing Program Managers and collaborate with other team members such as digital marketing and brand operations to create content.Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure content aligns with overall marketing campaigns and objectives.Coordinate with external partners, influencers, and other stakeholders to amplify content reach.Stay up-to-date with digital content trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.Experiment with new content formats and channels to engage the audience and drive innovation.Education & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.4-5 years of experience in digital content creation and management.Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.Proficiency in content management systems, SEO tools, and analytics software.Experience with graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.Excellent organizational and project management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to create targeted, engaging, and compelling content.Project management skills to be held accountable for deadlines.Portfolio of published content.Experience with social media platforms and content promotion.Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Physical Requirements:NoneTravel Requirements:Ability to travel approximately 10%, including overnight travel.
