You'll be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies that resonate with our diverse workforce, making sure that each message is impactful, clear, consistent and in line with our company’s goals and culture. Collaborating closely with both our People and Marketing teams, to create and implement effective communication strategies that enhance employee engagement, information flow, and organisational culture.Your responsibilities:Strategic communication planning:Develop and execute a comprehensive internal communication strategy that supports Dexory's business objectives and fosters a positive work environment.Collaborate with People and Marketing teams to align communication plans with company goals, values, and branding.Content creation and management:Create, curate, and distribute high-quality content for various internal channels, including but not limited to newsletters, founders updates, intranet, and emails.Implement initiatives to boost employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention through effective communication.Organise and promote internal events, workshops, and campaigns that reinforce company values and culture.Change management:Support organisational change initiatives by developing communication plans that effectively convey changes to the workforce.Provide internal communication support during company-wide transformations, ensuring transparency and understanding.Feedback and improvement:Establish feedback mechanisms to gauge the effectiveness of internal communications and identify areas for improvement.Regularly analyse and report on communication metrics, using data to refine strategies and approaches.Collaboration and support:Work closely with senior leadership, department heads, and other stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging across all levels of the organisation.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or a related role.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Strong project management and organisational abilities.Proficiency with digital communication tools and platforms.Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative communication solutions.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Why join Dexory?Be part of an organisation that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous growth.
