Your expertise in cabinet design software, proficiency in project management, and exceptional interpersonal skills will be pivotal in delivering top-notch customer service throughout the sales, construction, and post-sale processes.As a cohesive team, we strive to consistently wow clients with unparalleled service and exceptional quality. We embrace our responsibility for excellence, understanding that each project and interaction we undertake reflects our commitment and reputation.What You DoMeet with clients to discuss kitchen/bathroom design goals and preferences.Collaborate with Design Gallery Manager and Project Managers to ensure project objectives are met.Utilize cabinet design software to draw up plans and present design concepts to clients.Draft detailed blueprints of cabinets for the construction team.Communicate with vendors to procure specific materials and establish timelines for project completion.Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process, construction phase, and post-sale support.Placing cabinet orders, tracking, coordinating deliveries, and inspect delivered orders for damaged & missing items.Coordinating cabinet installations, collaborating with installers to ensure highest quality.Ordering additional cabinet and warranty parts as needed.Ensuring accurate estimates and successfully adhere to established budgets.Demonstrate proficiency in scheduling and managing timelines to ensure projects are completed on time.Exhibit exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and vendors.Drive sales through effective presentation of design concepts and solutions.Take initiative and remain self-motivated in a fast-paced work environment.Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately.Who You AreExperience in Kitchen & Bath design for 5 years or more.Extensive experience in AutoCAD and or 2020 Design.Able to meet with clients to review and discuss cabinet designs / details.Highly motivated individual with a creative knack.Familiar with online ordering systems.Familiar with MS Office.Strong organizational abilities.Management experience.Ability to think and create outside of the box.Ability to work in a team environment.Experience working with interior designers is a MUST!Nice to HaveExperience in Chief Architect.Hand drawing or experience with Lumion.CKD or CMKBD.BenefitsMedical, Dental, Disability and Life Insurance – Effective Immediately.401(k) Matching – After 90 Days.Ongoing Education (Third-Party Conferences, Seminars/Webinars and Networking Events).Two Weeks of Paid Vacation.Five Paid Personal Days.Seven Paid Holidays.Seagate Development Group and all affiliated companies provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
