What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):Collaborate with government agency experts to plan and execute communications across various channelsParticipate in program activities and provide recommendations to achieve program objectivesManage electronic communications and support transition to new toolsDraft written content and gather visual imagery for diverse communications materialsProvide meeting support by organizing documentation, capturing minutes, and tracking action items
What is Required (Qualifications):Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related fieldMinimum of 2 years of relevant experience in writing, communications, and/or marketingExcellent writing and verbal communication skills for diverse audiencesStrong attention to detail with proofreading capabilitiesAbility to work within Eastern Standard Time Zone standard business hours
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):Experience with customer management systems (e.g., Salesforce)Familiarity with partner outreach initiativesPrevious completion of a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigationKnowledge of writing and branding style guides
