culture!What You’ll Do:As a Trailer Sales Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers in the Punjabi-speaking community with their trailer needs. Your role will involve providing product information, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Additionally, you will collaborate with our sales and logistics teams to coordinate deliveries and provide exceptional service to our Punjabi-speaking clientele. Experience with trailer parts and driving would be an asset.Job Duties:Assist customers with trailer inquiries and purchasesProvide product information, pricing, and availability in PunjabiCollaborate with sales and parts teams to coordinate deliveriesMaintain a high level of customer service and satisfactionEnsure accurate and timely communication with customersUtilize trailer parts knowledge to assist customers effectivelyLeverage driving experience to provide insights on vehicle compatibilityRequired Skills and Qualifications:Bilingual, fluent in Punjabi and EnglishExperience in sales, customer service, or a related fieldKnowledge of trailers or the transportation industry (preferred but not required)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentExperience with trailer parts or driving would be an assetCDL A/B License is a plusCompensation:$16.85-$18.50/hour depending on skills and experience + CommissionBenefits Velocity Vehicle Group Offers:A fantastic culture in a welcoming, great place to work environment.401k with matching.Health, Dental & Vision Insurance, along with HSA & FSA options.Employer-Paid Life Insurance.Company perks such as employee discounts, company events, and training programs.Excellent Training and Career Advancement OpportunitiesVelocity Vehicle Group is an equal opportunity employer.
