The successful CCC candidate will thrive in our people-centered atmosphere, helping protect and enhance the company culture by having the natural ability to build and maintain healthy, long-term relationships.The CCC will also delight in the day-to-day activities that make our business smoothly operate, having the ability to pivot and cheerfully embrace change in high-growth seasons. The CCC will model and promote an environment of “I’m here to help!” and “Let’s figure it out together”, assisting employees with day-to-day questions and requests for support.Responsibilities

Answer all incoming customer phone calls via multi-line phone system, warmly and promptly responding with information, assistance, and/or directing calls to the appropriate person or department.Assist with events, recognition activities, and culture-building initiatives, helping generate fun at all company events by bringing creative themes to life, encouraging participation and partnership.Flexibly jump in to help with various company initiatives that engage and inspire our people.Serve as a liaison for community outreach and community events as requested.Assist in creating and updating the company newsletter as well as communication centers placed throughout the building, helping keep employees connected to each other, our customers, and our Mission & Values.Conduct administrative duties as requested, including general office and supply management.Perform work-related errands as needed, including coordinating event meals and catering, if requested.Provide support for various projects and programs centered around service, operations, people, team building, and culture.Greet and assist visitors entering the front lobby with hospitality.Receive, sort, and forward incoming and outgoing mail.Model and be an ambassador of the employee experience.Perform other duties as requested.Preferred Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent with 5+ years in a people-focused, full-time position.Consistently able to anticipate needs.Have a team-oriented approach, with the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of groups such as team members, senior leadership, peers, and community/outside contacts.Demonstrate high levels of integrity, discretion, and the ability to use higher judgment when needed, maintaining appropriate confidentiality as required.Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships internally and externally.Strong organizational skills that reflect proven ability to multi-task and own the details.Tech-savvy, adaptable to new software and programs.Resourceful and decisive team-player, with healthy confidence in personal abilities.Proficient in Microsoft Office and working online.Details:

Full time, hourly position (Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm).Paid vacation and holidays.Health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance.
