The candidate will be a dynamic individual contributor with experience in the gaming segment driving the marketing efforts for ASUS NUC globally. This role will play a pivotal part in developing and executing the gaming marketing activations to elevate brand visibility, increase market share, and drive sales growth for ASUS NUC products.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to promote ASUS NUC products across different regions and customer segments.Collaborate closely with product management, sales teams, and channel partners to develop effective go-to-market strategies.Effectively translate product specs and features to benefits for a variety of customers and end consumers.Manage digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions for their products.Own the creation of marketing collateral, including product presentations, sales tools, website content, and promotional materials.Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics (ROI, KPI’s) to optimize campaigns and achieve business objectives.Plan and manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring resources are allocated strategically across different marking channels and campaigns.Maintain good attendance and punctuality.Knowledge and Skills:Ability to work confidently in a rapidly changing, fast-paced and results-oriented corporate environment where a high degree of flexibility is required.Good understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, CRM software, and social media platforms.Ability to think strategically and execute tactically, with a track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Work Experience:Proven (2+ years) experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar role within the technology sector, preferably with experience in PC hardware or consumer electronics.Proven excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends to make informed decisions.Proven Creative Thinker with a passion for innovation and staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.Preferred Qualifications:MBA Preferred.Skills with creative PowerPoint presentation development.Skills with Adobe suite of products.Working Conditions:Office Only: Typically works in an office environment.Requires sitting, operating a computer keyboard, telephone and other office equipment for extended periods of time.Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.Occasional travel may be required - approx. 10% international and domestic travel.ASUS is an equal employment opportunity employer.
