Marketing Specialist

with a passion for social media. As a Marketing Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to create, obtain approvals for, and post social media content to our investment broker teams’ social media platforms.Key Responsibilities

Social Post Creation and Management:

Utilizing a template platform, create social media posts for key transactional milestones, and post to agent social media.Approval Management:

Ensure that all posts meet our brand's guidelines by obtaining necessary approvals.Template Management:

Maintain updated catalog of templates, track usage and refresh based on input as needed.Agent/Partner Relationship Management:

Function as the principal liaison for agents and partners, consistently addressing their marketing requirements with the utmost professionalism and excellence.Workflow Management:

Maintain a workflow for system integration ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and deadlines are met.Reporting and Tracking:

Monitor and track key social media metrics on individual posts, and across agent pages. Compile relevant reports.Professional Experience / Qualifications

1 – 3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing, Marketing Communications, or a related field preferred.Strong written communication skills with the ability to create compelling and error-free content.Exceptional customer service skills, ensuring the highest level of agent satisfaction.Basic photo editing skills for resizing and optimizing images.Demonstrated experience in using task management systems such as Asana or Jira in a professional setting.Technical proficiency to navigate digital platforms effectively.Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.Meticulous attention to detail and a process-improvement mindset.Must have or will be expected to become knowledgeable about the general Commercial Real Estate industry, including terminology.
