Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, technology, or a related field.
5 years of experience in managing project launches (including 3 years of project management, product management, marketing, or related experience).
Working knowledge of industry-standard PMO tools or experience in MS Project/Airtable.
Excellent PowerPoint and Excel abilities.
Salary
| $90,000 per year + eligible for 8% yearly bonus
Schedule
| Monday - Friday | 8:30 AM - 5 PM (with flexibility for a hybrid schedule based on business needs)
Field Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities
Ensure commercial readiness of product launches.
Train and schedule to provide a successful product launch.
Oversee and implement the field sales sample process to include optimal efficacy and promptness.
Prioritize improving the commercial readiness of products.
Develop training materials that align with product development, benefits, and performance.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create customer-facing material/content.
Assure cross-functional alignment with photography schedules, campaigns, and delivery of decor.
Provide updates to business leaders.
