We are looking for a
Marketing Assistant
for our Indianola location.
This position maintains the content development process by maintaining a marketing filing system, managing the flow of projects through review processes, and managing content upload and download; coordinates community donations by facilitating the logging and payment of donations, coordinating the photos and stories, and communicating with stakeholders; assist in the planning of events and coordinates with outside vendors along with keeping an up-to-date event calendar for social and digital platforms; monitors the bank's social media and digital platforms for comments and reviews to protect the bank's online image.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Qualified candidates have a
High School Diploma/GED , required. One year banking experience preferred. Must have excellent people skills including oral and written communication. Must be able to multitask, be detail oriented, have great organizational skills and computer skills. Must be able to plan and coordinate events.
SCHEDULE:
A regular working shift is 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday; weekends as necessary.
COMPENSATION:
Compensation Range (compensatory based on previous
banking
experience): Pay range $19.10 - $21.22/hr.
