Fagron Brands and Essentials North America is searching for a curious and innovative Content Marketing Specialist to join the North America Brands and Essentials Marketing Team. The Content Marketing Specialist will drive the creation, curation, and evolution of marketing content. This individual is a highly creative and productive writer who will help define content strategies that speak to our key audiences and track their impact. This role will be pivotal in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation through captivating content across all marketing channels, such as web, social, info sheets, blogs, and other collateral to support Fagron’s relationship with Compounding Pharmacies.Key ResponsibilitiesMeeting with digital and creative marketing leads to ideate and define content goals.Research content, meet with thought leaders, and research pharmaceutical compounding trends to ensure that content is relevant and appealing.Develop content strategies to effectively reach the desired target audience and marketing goals.Create content for a variety of platforms including blogs, websites, and social media.Proofreading and editing content before publishing.Ensuring that SEO and SMO strategies are effectively implemented.Managing content calendars to ensure messaging remains consistent across all platforms.Coordinating with the proper business stakeholders to ensure content is timely and in line with larger initiatives.Track consumer and content analytics and generating reports and presentations.Wat wij vragen5+ years of experience in a content-marketing related roleBachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, advertising or related field3+ B2B experienceProvide marketing samples that demonstrate exceptional writing skills and ability to create consistent materials that effectively deliver the message and brand across different mediaStart-up experience preferred, must be adept at navigating and excelling in periods of high organizational growthPharmaceutical industry experience desired but not requiredCore CompetenciesStrong analytical skills must be able to review data and provide a report with recommendations based on performanceStrong project management skills and exceptional attention to detailMust be able to work independently and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentCollaborative team player with great interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionallyWat wij biedenOur BenefitsWe believe in our people and foster a supportive environment that develops and rewards performance and incentivizes long-term career success.
