Design Manager - Global Industrial DevelopmentAESC is looking to add a Design Manager to our team in our Global Industrialization Development Engineering Team.Full-TimePreferred Locations:

The Design Manager will play a pivotal role in our Global Industrialization Development Engineering Center of Excellence group. This extraordinary opportunity demands exceptional talent as we embark on constructing never-before-seen production lines, expanding our product portfolio to new horizons.What You Will DoDesign Management:

Manage and coordinate project design development and serve as the main point of contact for design management, providing technical expertise and guidance ensuring complete delivery within budget, schedule and quality requirements.Construction Administration Support:

Conduct project site visits as required for monitoring construction progress and support quality and adherence to design standards.Demonstrate Leadership Skills:

Provide guidance to team members and direction to external teams, fostering a collaborative work culture.Stakeholder Relationship Management:

Foster a positive environment between internal and external teams, understanding their needs and driving solutions.Quality Assurance:

Conduct periodic quality control reviews to assess compliance and address any deficiencies.What You NeedB.S. in Engineering or Project Management, or equivalent experience.10+ years of experience in owner capital development projects in battery manufacturing, semi-conductor manufacturing, medical or scientific laboratories.Extensive experience in design development for large scale ultra-clean manufacturing environments.Working knowledge of ICB, ADA, NFPA, NEC, TecSa, CSI specification coordination.Ability to read and decipher technical reports and drawings.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Demonstrated experience with consultants, contractors, and vendors contract negotiations.Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Proficiency in Bluebeam, MS Office products, Vizio, SharePoint, OneNote, Azure, Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.What We OfferWelcome to AESC, supporting our state-of-the-art Gigafactories, where you'll have the opportunity to tackle the world's most fascinating challenges alongside exceptionally talented individuals.
