What´s the role?In this role, you will work directly with the Marketing & Branding Director on the development, implementation, and execution of all marketing & pricing strategies to support company profit objectives. Will support business brand profitability through the development of brand strategies, annual marketing plans, new product roadmaps, brand packaging and through management of advertising and promotion program budgets for assigned line(s) of business. Leads the product improvement & development, budget control, new product offers, notifications, analysis and other department campaign launches besides continuing to serve as liaison with Ad Agency.How can you add value?Planning, development, and implementation of marketing plans for established special product and co-op advertising and for launches of new products or services for Small/Medium and Enterprise.Responsible for executing marketing efforts to gain new customers and maintain current subscriber base through collaboration with sales, marketing, product, and cross-functional teams.Act as a liaison between Sales and corporate Marketing and lead cross-functional teams to execute various marketing projects and programs.Actively and consistently support sales efforts across channels with efficient marketing tactics that are in alignment with the overall brand to drive business results across product lines and across customer/prospect segments.Deliver product messaging for go-to-market activities, including the functional, emotional, and benefit driven value proposition for new products.Lead the development, production, and distribution of email, social media presence, promotional literature and collateral materials by working with internal teams and vendors.Analyze the results of marketing programs and adjust strategy and tactics to increase efficiency; provide reports on quantifiable objective measurements.Plan and execute event management activities in coordination with sales personnel.Supervise and handle marketing expenses in order to ensure that they are within budget parameters.Assist with maintaining and improving ongoing marketing programs, analyses, market studies and share of investment reports of main industry players.Implement marketing plan changes as needed.Responsible for developing and executing B2B brand marketing plans for Liberty and the associated budgets through:Understand brand equity, key consumer metrics and lead brand positioning.Supporting agency/consultant management.Consumer/Customer/Industry understanding, target markets and segments for category.Understanding driven set, completing results-oriented assessments, conducting market quantification and analysis.Use consumer and shopper marketing insights (consumption, promotion, merchandising development).Lead and supervise established cash budget and return on investment analysis to support desired sales and profit goals.Partner with Business Sales Team in the development and execution of strategic annual and seasonal marketing initiatives.Provide information as needed to help with the marketing department budget & Assist in the delivery of all marketing activity within agreed budget.Perform employee training of new products and services, line-ups and rates.Act as a liaison with Ad Agency to assure & supervise down budget on a monthly basis.Develop and implement service packages and pricing strategies.Responsible for coordinating and serve as liaison between Media Services and Agency to coordinate special series & special events newspaper ads.Ensure efficient, branded marketing communications including the company website, print communication, and advertising.Conduct marketing surveys and other research to resolve community needs and interests; and helps with the preparation of proposals and recommendations on policies and procedures on marketing issues for management’s consideration in the development of annual marketing plans.Responsible for production of collateral and marketing materials for strategic team and field customers.Responsible for assisting in the development of print/direct mail, radio, and TV scripts.Collaborate with programmers, suppliers, and other entities as vital to help implement business marketing strategies.Monitor approved budget and submits information on expenses and subscriber growth in connection with budgeting process. Captures bids, supervises pricing of vendors and checks invoices.Assist corporate or regional management in identifying marketing needs such as, but not limited to, newsletters, client and employee happiness surveys, all print, video and audio marketing support products, billing communications, etc.Research and evaluate new product opportunities, demand for potential products, and customer needs and insights.Demonstrate and ensure compliance with the Customer First Philosophy, all Liberty Latin America’s policies and procedures including the Code of Conduct and Liberty safety standards and procedures.Other functions may be assigned.Supervisory Responsibilities:

Directly supervise and provide mentorship to a group of employees in the Business Department. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.What do you need?

Education and/or Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.8-10 years of experience in Product Marketing with at least 1-3 years in the broadband and telecommunications industry.3+ years’ experience in B2B marketing, with knowledge of B2B sales and marketing dynamics, including sales methodologies, communication tactics key performance metrics and digital marketing.Experience leading external PR and communication consulting firms and contractors.Experience in all aspects of developing and handling marketing campaigns and strategies.Other Qualifications:

Fully Bilingual (Spanish and English) is a requirement.Prior experience working with an outside advertising agency.Prior experience with writing website and collateral copy, particularly with B2B applications.Experience with offline and digital marketing strategies and tactics.Experience in using marketing automation systems helpful.Strong project management experience and the ability to navigate a cross-functional organization to develop execution plans.Ability to multi-task and to prioritize multiple projects & target date simultaneously in a multifaceted environment.Meaningful and current knowledge of the industry, market trends and strategies.Specialist in Internet and social media strategy with a proven track record.Knowledge of cable television industry, advertising industry, competing media, as well as specific knowledge of photo classified and direct mail products.Meaningful product and industry knowledge.Ability to prioritize and coordinate efficiently.Strive to relate well both with general public and with employees at all levels.Computer-literate, knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, PP, Outlook).Knowledge of record systems, of standards office procedures and of business organization.Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.Valid driver’s license.Willingness to travel.Liberty Puerto Rico provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, citizenship, age, marital status, social status, sexual orientation, gender identity, protected veteran, military service obligation, disability status, genetic information, political affiliation, and being or being perceived as a victim of domestic violence, sexual assault, or stalking.
