Multimedia Content Coordinator

Network Health is seeking a full-time Multimedia Content Coordinator who will support the design, creation and editing of Network Health video and multimedia content for marketing campaigns, communications, events, websites, and social media. The person in this role will work closely with other marketing and communication team members on short and long-form video, photography, advertising, and design projects including but not limited to, promotional videos, educational videos, instructional videos, B-roll footage, testimonial stories, video interviews, animations, graphics, event photos and media planning.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required:

Cultural:Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to listen mindfully, identify gaps and ask appropriate questions.Ability to organize one's work and space to ensure successful completion of assigned tasks within the identified timeframe.Ability to adapt to new circumstances, information, and challenges in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.Demonstrate commitment and behavior aligned with the philosophy, mission, values, and vision of Network Health.

Functional:Working knowledge of video editing and animation software, including Adobe Premier Pro and After Effects.Basic or advanced video camera operation.Background in audio and microphone operations.Working knowledge of the Adobe suite of products (Photoshop, Illustrator, inDesign, Premier Pro).Adapt to continuously changing technology.Basic knowledge of multimedia/social media.Skilled in photography and creative concepting.Digital file organization skills and strong attention to detail.Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and stay on budget.

Essential Job Duties:Coordinate short and long-form videography and photography assignments and projects for marketing campaigns, communications, testimonials, events, interviews, websites, and social media.Create compelling videos, animations, graphics, and images to support marketing, communication, and customer engagement goals, while ensuring consistency with Network Health's branding guidelines and corporate style.Film and/or photograph interviews, Network Health in-person and Facebook live events, Network Health leaders, staff, agents, and customers - expanding our presence within the community.Create graphics and imagery for Network Health video animations, digital assets, social media and/or materials.Edit videos, photos and graphics and perform color correction, as needed.Produce digital presentations that may be distributed on websites, through email and on mobile devices.Partners with and serves as a backup for social media content management tracking and project management.File, archive, and organize video/photography assets and library.Brainstorm and collaborate with marketing team and internal departments on projects, as needed.Follow creative direction to produce and edit video content efficiently and effectively.Appropriately apply all organizational, departmental, and regulatory principles, procedures, requirements, regulations, and policies.Provide assistance with media coordination and trafficking.

Minimum Education Required:A bachelor's degree in marketing/creative field, preferably photography and/or videography.

Minimum Related Years of Experience ( per minimum education ) Required:At least three years of experience is required and could be gained from continued education or career responsibilities.

This position can be based at either our Menasha or Brookfield office and is eligible to work a hybrid work schedule. Half the time must be in the office and half time may be working from home office. Employee's must reside in the state of Wisconsin.
