Atlanta, GA (hybrid)Position Summary & Key Areas Of ResponsibilityNCR Atleos is seeking an experienced, driven product and digital marketing specialist to join the Telecom & Technology marketing team. This is a diverse role that will serve as a trusted partner to T&T product management and sales to help understand targeted markets and personas, develop relevant content and marry this information with best-practice digital and campaign strategies to drive leads to support our growth strategy.The Individual Will Be Responsible For The Following Activities:Understand T&T industry market segments, technology trends, market forces and competitive trends relevant to assigned products. Develop solution positioning and messaging that differentiates NCR Atleos in the market and resonates with our target buyers.Partner with product subject matter experts to define go to market plans, including unique value propositions, compelling messaging and sales tools for new and existing products in the portfolio.Develop materials to support product launches and sales enablement such as customer presentations, videos, digital collateral, and sales training materials.Collaborate with sales and product management to uncover business goals, develop appropriate collateral and establish correlating campaign/program strategies; then partner with the corporate creative services team to execute.Establish strong, sustainable and effective working relationships across all relevant functional teams (product management and corporate creative services) to develop marketing programs.Monitor and track campaign results using strong analytical and reporting capabilities to measure the program’s success, and use these insights to modify approach to future campaigns.Qualifications:10+ years of business-to-business digital and product marketing experienceBachelor’s degree in business, marketing, information technology, or related fieldExperience in technology services, with channel and/or alliance marketing a plusExperience with digital tools -- Marketo, Salesforce, Seismic, Workfront, etc.Excellent verbal / written communication and presentation skillsExcellent analytical, time management and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyAbility to respond quickly to changing demands and market conditionsStrong relationship development and negotiating skills; able to earn respect and trust among internal and external business partners and team members.
