Our client is seeking a Temporary Project Manager, Content & Editorial overseeing projects and workflow of original series promotional campaigns and brand initiatives. This role ensures campaigns stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards, coordinating closely with senior executives and creative teams.
Responsibilities:
Create logistical systems, lead planning meetings, and execute post-delivery project reporting
Manage campaigns related to conceptual teasers, trailers, launches, consumer-facing brand campaigns, internal presentations, and special projects
Responsible for finance tracking and non-employee budget management
Act as liaison between the creative team and all other departments in multi-platform marketing division and finance
Oversee various administration duties, onboard and track non-employees, and manage full-time employee schedules and vacation requests
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of five years network experience in various promotion creative, production and supervisory roles with emphasis on AV promotions and editorial
Firm understanding of the broadcasting, production and marketing lexicon
Strong oral and written communication skills
Proficient problem-solving skills, ability to manage budgets, schedules, and data
Comfortable with Excel, Slack, and presentation applications such as Keynote, PowerPoint, and InDesign.
Comfortable with MAC
Solid understanding of editing systems, network computer systems, and broadcast systems used to take promotion materials from concept to air
Strong interpersonal communications skills, leadership experience and attention to detail
Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and independently
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $40 to $45/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
