reside within a 60-minute drivable distance. No relocation offered.

MUST

be onsite 5 days a week. 9-6, or 10-7. Occasional meetings to accommodate international partners between 6-8 PM (but you can be at home for those).Compensation Range:

This position will involve acquiring influencers or content creators in the fields of filmmaking, TV, and videography!Responsibilities:Strategic Collaboration:

Work alongside the marketing manager to develop and implement cutting-edge influencer marketing strategies and campaigns.Partnership Management:

Identify and engage the best external partners, including filmmakers, social media influencers, and content creators, to meet various marketing objectives. Negotiate contracts, manage commitments, and measure goal achievements while nurturing positive relationships.Innovation and Integration:

Proactively seek and cultivate new integration opportunities within the videography and filmmaking industry, including film, TV, and commercial projects.Campaign Activation:

Mobilize partners to contribute to product launch campaigns, content creation projects, and speak at events. Encourage beta testing and gather valuable feedback on new products.Content Management:

Oversee the entire content lifecycle from sourcing to publishing, ensuring high-quality video and photo content is stored within the content library.Cross-Functional Coordination:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and brand partners to distribute content effectively and amplify its impact.Industry Research:

Conduct thorough research on industry experts, competitors, target audiences, and users in North America to stay ahead of trends.Requirements:Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Experience:

Minimum of 5 years in marketing with extensive knowledge of online marketing strategies and channels. Familiarity with the videography, filmmaking, and photography industries is essential.Relationship Building:

Proven ability to manage and cultivate relationships with partners, including filmmakers, influencers, and content creators.Skills:

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Strong analytical abilities, high business acumen, and a self-driven approach.Attributes:

Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of tenacity and resilience.Preferred Qualifications:Influencer Sponsorships:

Experience in executing influencer sponsorships at scale, along with cross-team coordination or project management skills.Industry Connections:

Established relationships with filmmakers, social media influencers, and content creators.Passion for the Industry:

A deep passion for videography, filmmaking, photography, camera technology, and drone innovations.Social Media Expertise:

Profound understanding of the North American social media and creative landscape.Technical Knowledge:
