The Analyst, Paid Search is responsible for monitoring and maintaining media campaign development and activation on search channels. The ideal candidate requires proficiency in math, strong analytical skills, attention to detail as well as creativity and an overall interest in and understanding of how consumers leverage search media in the decision path.Key Responsibilities:Gather research necessary to build a new campaignAssist the manager in gathering necessary data for plan developmentGenerate paperwork necessary for purchase authorization and ensure vendor counter signature is receivedPrimary party responsible for trafficking approved planMonitor and maintain campaign budgets, pacing and bid adjustmentsActive monitoring and management of performance and competitive landscapeMonitor and optimize paid search performance to meet business objectivesDevelop and implement optimization recommendations and/or testing plansUtilize bid management tools as well as Google, Bing and Oath paid search platforms to build campaigns, implement optimizations, pull reporting, and QA campaignsPull and analyze data to inform campaign reporting and help build insightsMaintain monthly billing and partner with client strategy and billing reconciliation team to reconcile discrepanciesLearn all relevant tools for reporting, analytics and competitive analysis - bid management platforms, Benchtools, Google TrendsWork closely with manager to establish priorities and manage workloadTimely delivery of all workStay informed on search industry trends and new tools and ad formatsSuccessful completion of training programs and requisite certificationsFoster strong relationships with internal teams and client groupsQualifications

1+ years of experience in bid management, paid search campaign development/management/optimization with the use of leading search platformsStrong analytical thinking and mathematical skills and an ability to manage dataUnderstanding of Search PPC and digital display advertisingResourceful, curious, and motivated individual with an ability to work independently as well as in a team settingStrong organizational and communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with intermediate to advanced understanding of Excel
