Every day, we deliver packaging solutions that exceed our customers’ expectations while solving complex problems as a team.Position SummaryThe Sales Executive specializes in the selling of labels and top sheets to corrugated box and temporary display manufacturers. In this role, you will be leading a portfolio of business including large customers and a large book of business. Responsibilities include building and growing relationships with Orora Visual clients and partners by becoming a strategic partner. This role acts as a solutions architect working with clients, team members, innovation, technology, and production to build smart programs that drive greater results for our clients. This work includes overseeing day-to-day production of physical and digital marketing solutions as well as identifying and pitching new ideas to new customers. This role is crucial in ensuring Orora meets and exceeds client expectations by engaging, listening, understanding, and leading implementation of client deliverables.Primary Duties and ResponsibilitiesProfitably grow a book of business.Meet or exceed revenue and profitability targets for assigned book of business.Onboard and manage existing and new client programs as an account owner and lead growth.Manage client and internal relationships as the key point of contact for specific business or book of businesses.Provide leadership around day-to-day tasks to ensure successful execution of client initiatives.Act as a strategic business partner and problem solver to clients and internal departments.Work closely with operations, innovation, client delivery, and technology team members to translate project requirements into actionable plans.Track progress and provide internal and external reports (daily standups, weekly/monthly/quarterly reports).Lead pitch teams to prospect new clients.Utilize company systems to facilitate sales execution, e.g., Monarch.Strong ability to conduct research, collect data, build PowerPoint slides, and utilize Excel.Exceptional client interaction skills (written and oral) – presenting, listening, documenting needs, follow-up, setting expectations, and delivering.Lead and manage day-to-day communication involving key tasks, assignments, both internally and externally.Other duties may be assigned as needed.QualificationsEducation and Experience:Experience cultivating client relationships.5 to 7 years’ experience working in a printing environment.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Exceptional organization and prioritization skills.Leadership experience managing direct reports and large portfolios of business.Expert negotiation skills and abilities.Ability to architect new solutions.Detail-oriented and self-starter with strong written and interpersonal skills.Microsoft Office Expert: PowerPoint, Excel, Word.Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.Team player with a positive “Can-do”, competitive and winning attitude.Excellent communication skills with an enthusiastic personality.Public speaking ability and experience.Physical Demands & Work EnvironmentThis job operates in professional office environments and will require monthly and sometimes weekly travel. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and copiers.
