POSITION SUMMARY:
We seek a creative and experienced
Digital Marketing and Graphic Designer
to develop and execute compelling marketing materials and social media content that drive revenue and attract new property owners to our management program. Our ideal candidate will have a strong graphic design and digital marketing background, with a passion for creating engaging content across various platforms. By working closely with marketing and sales, you will ensure alignment of social media efforts with our overall business goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and design eye-catching social media content, including graphics, videos, and multimedia.
Create engaging marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and email campaigns to promote our services and properties.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive revenue and attract new property owners.
Manage and maintain our social media presence, including scheduling and posting content, monitoring engagement, and responding to inquiries.
Produce high-quality, engaging videos showcasing our properties, services, and brand story.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, marketing best practices, and digital tools to ensure our content is fresh and innovative.
Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to make informed decisions and improve future efforts.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across all social platforms promptly and professionally. Foster a sense of community by actively engaging with the audience through comments, likes, shares, and other interactions.
Develop and execute strategies to encourage user-generated content and testimonials.
Create compelling and visually appealing content that aligns with the company's brand and marketing objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven experience in graphic design, copywriting and digital marketing in the real estate, hospitality industry; vacation rental industry is preferred.
Previous experience creating engaging content on social media platforms and email campaigns.
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and SEO best practices.
Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is preferred, ideally in vacation rentals.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.

$55,000 - $70,000
