The Marketing Data Analyst will measure marketing campaign and web performance for our pharmacy and media campaigns and other key assets of Covetrus. The Marketing Data Analyst will be responsible for evaluating the impact of integrated marketing campaigns, measuring end-to-end marketing and web performance, key performance indicators (KPI's), and performing analyses to optimize campaign performance.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Other duties may be assigned.Develops and maintains performance reports and dashboards on website, campaign and funnel performance and reports to stakeholders on a regular cadence. Analyze performance and provide thoughtful recommendations for optimizations.Responsible for tracking, reporting, and analyzing the performance of marketing and web activities, ad-hoc analytic requests, and development and automation of regular reports.Analyzes customer data using database queries (SQL), spreadsheet (Excel) models, web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau etc), data warehouse (Snowflake) and campaign management software tools.Analyzes A/B and Multi-variate tests, communicates results and provides recommendations.Ability to evaluate data and translate into business insights to inform strategy across key company initiatives.Supports continued improvement of channel attribution capabilities and reporting.Collaborates across teams to analyze marketing campaign performance to grow audiences and revenue across all platforms including but not limited to eCommerce, GreatPetCare.com, and more.QUALIFICATIONS:EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree in marketing, business, statistics/analytics or related field required.3-5 years of work experience in marketing research, statistical or data analysis.Experience growing revenues and measuring media impact metrics required.Excellent digital aptitude, significant familiarity with ad ops technology, and affiliate tracking and management tools.Excellent organizational, communication, presentation and analytical skills.Experience with analytics systems (Google Analytics, Tableau and Excel), SQL and data warehouses/data visualization familiarity strongly preferred.Demonstrated understanding of marketing and web KPIs (CTR, ROI, CVR, CAC, MAU) preferred.Proven ability in handling concurrent projects with attention to detail and accuracy.COMPETENCIES (SKILLS AND ABILITIES)*Business Health AnalysisEvaluate and understand contributions to business revenue across key audiences, including species, buyer type, order type, product category, and more.Support strategic planning of discount strategy by understanding high performing discount strategies across audiences and timelines.*Analysis of Marketing ProgramsDevelops, manages, and monitors reporting deliverables across key retail accounts.Analyze and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., display, website, email, social media) to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.*Development and Automation of ReportingDevelop and maintain KPIs, dashboards and reports to monitor campaign and web performance and provide insights to the media and product teams.Utilize various analytics tools to collect, analyze, and interpret data and provide actionable insights.*Competitive AnalysisConduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends, as well as to benchmark campaign performance.Salary may vary depending on factors such as confirmed job-related skills, experience, and location. However, the pay range for this position is as follows.
