Job Duties

Create Marketing Plans for all Social Media Channels

which includes Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube & other channels.

Develop/Create and Post Social Media Content

including for Single Image, Carousel, Story & Reels.

Collaborate with Construction Project Teams

to Create Marketing Materials that Highlight Project Milestones & Successes.

Coordinate & Manage Photography & Videography

for Project Sites & Company Events.

Create Written Content

for Blogs, Press Releases, Sales Decks, Newsletters, Emails, Award Submissions, Printed Materials, etc.

Create Reports

for all Social Media Channels.

Aid in the Development & Creation

of Specific Project Proposals, Qualification Packages, Presentations, Graphics & Additional Materials as Needed.

Maintain Company Branding Standards

in all Digital & Printed Materials.

Develop & Implement Internal Marketing Strategies .

Assist Human Resources

in Any Employees Satisfaction Programs.

Plan, Organize & Conduct Events

such as trade shows, project ground breakings, project completions, etc.

Assist Marketing Director, Business Development & Project Teams

with Various Tasks as Needed.

Qualifications Required:

Knowledge

Excellent, Written, Verbal, Presentation Skills are Required.

Experience in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Knowledge in Adobe Suite (particularly Acrobat, Creative Suite & InDesign)

Experience with a CRM Product is Appreciated

Abilities

Must Have a Strong & Reliable Work History

Strong Attention for Detail, Organization & Time Management

Ability to Work Overtime as Needed

Positive Attitude & Curiosity to Learn is Crucial

Experience, Education, and Training

High school Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Communications Preferred

Working Environment

Both indoor and outdoor working environments with exposure to varying weather conditions.

Licensing/Certification

Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation to and from work.
