Come join us at Lenovo where you will play a key role in the success of our software marketing portfolio, supporting the global partner marketing strategy for our software business.Your knowledge of SaaS marketing across all acquisition and customer channels, brand, and social in a complex and matrixed global environment and your "can do" attitude will drive the success of our software business, helping us meet our revenue goals.What you’ll do:With a goal of delivering revenue, you will be developing and driving the marketing strategy for Lenovo’s third-party software solutions. You will:Collaborate with sales and business stakeholders on partner marketing strategic priorities, tactical planning and performance reporting.Own regular executive-level updates on partner marketing initiatives by partner and by marketing channel.Create, manage and optimize partner sales enablement through multiple internal channels to provide seamless messaging across Lenovo’s software products.Craft clear messaging and positioning to articulate partner value and differentiate the partner and product offering.Lead cross-functional marketing team to create integrated lead-gen campaigns.Work closely with partner counterparts to build marketing assets needed to support the partner marketing plan.Work closely with web and campaign marketing teams to provide content to create partner campaign assets.Manage projects against schedule and budget expectations.Base Qualifications8+ years of partner marketing experience for SaaS software products/solutions.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.Preferred QualificationsMaster’s degree preferred.Experience managing multiple partner marketing relationships at one time; working with business managers to set partner marketing strategy to meet joint revenue and customer acquisition goals.Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills, complemented with creative thinking.Experience working cross-functionally to gain commitment and support for projects and initiatives.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Project management experience in a highly independent, but collaborative environment.Ability to build relationships and to influence others to get results.Persistence and creativity to persevere through obstacles.Experience working with or within a large, highly matrixed organization.Experience driving business outcomes in a growth environment.Route-to-market analysis and strategy to support growth targets.Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms.Qualitative and quantitative analytical skills; an ability to translate / communicate performance metrics and their significance to stakeholders.The base salary range budgeted for this position is $110,000 - $140,000.
