Banking or Financial or Auto Finance Corporate communication must.
Create internal communications to inform employees about global, regional and local company goals, challenges and achievements. Inspires employees to take pride and ownership in the company and gives discretionary effort to drive performance and business results. Partners with internal customers and leaders to provide strategic communications support and communicate internal programs and initiatives to specific audiences.
Write, edit and develop clear, concise content that is grammatically correct and aligns branding guidlines
Collaboration with the HR and Leadership team for employee communication content
Provide writing and editing expertise to various projects
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
3-5 years overall experience with corporate communications
Experience with large scale transformational projects and company communication
Positive professional attitude
Ability to work effectively with a team, as well as individually
Strong time management and planning skills
Attention to detail.
