Graphic Designer

Simmetry Solutions is seeking two Graphic Designers for a long term program supporting an IC customer in Chantilly, VA. This position requires an active TS/SCI full scope polygraph clearance.The Customer is seeking Graphic Designers to be part of an integrated web development team responsible for designing, developing, and producing media elements and interactions to support adult learning solutions. The team will work on developing new courses, revising existing courses, establishing standards for course design, and providing guidance and coaching to new instructors. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating training materials, maintaining online training portals, supporting in-class learning technologies, and ensuring all products are consistent with the Customer's requirements.Responsibilities

Develop new courses and learning solutions in various delivery modalities.Consult with Customer Subject Matter Experts for curriculum design, development, and training delivery.Work closely with Customer management, instructional design teams, and SME instructors to determine technical requirements.Research, design, develop, document, and implement media products and artifacts.Create and maintain training materials such as WBTs, online training courses, websites, graphics, and visuals.Support in-class learning technologies and general photography needs.Ensure all activities and products are consistent with the Customer's requirements.Comply with relevant legal restrictions such as accessibility, privacy, and copyright.Qualifications

Demonstrated experience with the Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop as well as Dreamweaver, After Effects, or other similar software products.Demonstrated experience with PowerPoint, MS Word, MS OneNote.Demonstrated experience accessing and using images and graphics from Envato, Shutterstock, and other subscription platforms.Demonstrated experience using JIRA or other IT ticket or work tracking system.
