CommunicationsInnovate and Execute: Develop and implement impactful internal communication plans covering HR policies, benefits, and organizational changes.Craft Messaging Magic: Create clear, engaging messages that resonate with employees at every level.Collaborate and Coordinate: Work hand-in-hand with regional and local HR teams to ensure seamless and timely communication of HR initiatives.Design and Deliver: Produce eye-catching brochures, flyers, event materials, social media posts, and recruitment ads that captivate our audience.Employer BrandingLead the Charge: Drive the creation and execution of a standout employer branding strategy that positions us as an employer of choice, both internally and externally.Tell Our Story: Develop content and campaigns that showcase our vibrant culture, core values, and inspiring employee success stories.Align and Achieve: Partner with the recruitment team to ensure our brand messaging aligns perfectly with our talent acquisition goals.Internal EngagementCultivate Culture: Foster a positive and engaging communication culture on our corporate intranet that encourages employee participation.Facilitate Dialogue: Implement initiatives that promote open communication between leadership and employees across all levels.Support Employee Experience: Develop a strategic communications plan to enhance our Employee Experience program, making every team member feel valued and heard.What you will bring

Educational Foundation: Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field.Proven Experience: 3-5 years in a communications role, with a focus on communications and/or employer branding.Creative Flair: Experience with Canva and Adobe Photoshop to create visually stunning content.Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a multi-national environment.Driven Mindset: A proactive attitude and a relentless commitment to going the extra mile to achieve our goals.Bilingual Bonus: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with Spanish being a plus.This position is a Hybrid position which requires (4) days in office (1) day WFH, Candidate must be in the Dallas/Metroplex area or willing to relocate.
