Inception Fertility - Houston4828 Loop Central DriveSuite 900Houston, TX 77081, USAThe Marketing & Campaign Operations Manager is responsible for providing an amazing patient experience through all digital platforms, including (but not limited to) Company websites, digital advertising, email, SMS, outreach and more. The incumbent must have a growth mindset, be passionate in the pursuit of excellent brand experiences, and enjoy implementing scalable solutions that can drive success across multiple business lines and for our patients. This position is 100% remote.Responsibilities:Manage campaign operations from setup through to post-campaign effectiveness reporting using systems like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Campaigns and more.Develop and drive campaign operations processes including "speed to lead" initiatives to ensure proper setup, flow, and follow up for campaigns and programs.Identify and create new campaign templates and ideas that could be scaled across our network of practices and family of brands.Own performance and strategy of website forms (hosted via 123FormBuilder) and other conversion points.Create and maintain training and documentation on marketing systems.Maintain the company email marketing calendar and create, test, and send email campaigns via Salesforce Marketing Cloud for the Inception family of brands.Implement website edits and identify areas of optimization via A/B testing.Iterate with key stakeholders to improve and maintain dashboards with accurate lead source and campaign reporting.Fulfill ad-hoc reporting requests for global marketing organization and identify opportunities for improvement across a variety of marketing channels.Other duties as assigned.Education and/or experience required:Bachelor's Degree or higher in marketing or related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience working in marketing and with marketing automation tools, preferably for a healthcare or technology company.Minimum of 3 years of experience building and creating email + SMS campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Minimum of 3 years of experience managing campaigns and working with Salesforce Sales Cloud.Proficient in Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerBI, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).Familiarity with Freshpaint and 123FormBuilder not required but highly preferred.What we offer you!Outstanding benefits including health, vision and dental packages, including HSA/FSA, Life and Disability Insurance.18 days of accrued PTO in addition to 11 paid holidays (1 floating holiday).Fertility benefits.401(k) Retirement Plan.Employee Assistance Program.Continuing Education Reimbursement.We provide a great, family work environment with internal growth opportunities.
