AWS Product Marketing is seeking an experienced, self-directed large-scale events program manager to develop and execute mechanisms and processes that allow the Product Marketing org to scale quickly and deliver AWS messages to business and technical audiences at our largest customer conference event each year.As a member of the AWS Product Marketing team, you will partner with stakeholders across AWS Sales, AWS Marketing, and AWS service teams to create, implement, and coordinate programs and processes at scale that help us tell AWS’s most important stories to customers and partners around the world.Key Responsibilities:Identify and manage effective processes to improve efficiency and adaptability within the product marketing organizationManage cross category reporting to provide program metrics to leadershipManage collaboration with stakeholder teamsDevelop and track success metricsMinimum Qualifications:4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experienceExperience using data and metrics to drive improvementsExperience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programsThe ideal candidate will be comfortable driving the development of high-quality content and organizing multiple workstreams into a cohesive view. You will work with project managers and content owners to support the curation of topic tracks, identify key stakeholders, understand all relevant existing processes and mechanisms, and assist in creation of messaging that feeds marketing channels.
