Job Title : Senior Marketing Specialist, AustinJob Description SummaryThe Senior Marketing Specialist will be supporting the Austin and San Antonio markets with strategic marketing and business development efforts.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Leading the strategy and execution of critical marketing initiatives in Austin and San Antonio.Managing proactive marketing initiatives, pitch and proposal strategy, and creative strategy.Partnering with the local senior graphic designer for original design needs.Leading and coordinating strategy sessions and pitch/proposal partnerships with Leadership and fee-earners.Partnering with Research to develop relevant proactive marketing pieces.Using local market competitive, client, and industry insights to inform business strategies.Managing property marketing strategy and process for high-profile assignments.Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree required, Marketing & Communications preferred5+ years of marketing and/or communications experience preferredProficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)Marketing and communications experience within the Commercial Real Estate industry preferredAbility to independently achieve successful outcomes with minimal supervisionStrong project management and organizational skillsAbility to interface and communicate with internal clientsExcellent oral and written communication skillsStrong analytical, problem solving, and conceptual skillsEqual Employment OpportunityCushman & Wakefield provides equal employment opportunity.
